He later doubled his goal tally when he tapped in following some good movement down the left side of the Indonesia midfield.Midfielders Malik and Jordan made sure the points were wrapped up with long-range strikes midway through the second half, both of which took wicked deflections on their way past Liberia goalkeeper Soko Gurley.However Liberia responded well, forcing the Indonesia goalkeeper to make some very good saves. The team made their coach’s and country proud showing real commitment throughout the game and embraced what the Street Child World Cup is all about, fair play, passion and hard work.Team Liberia Coach and Street Child of Liberia volunteer Sam Burnette afterwards commented: “I am extremely proud of how the boys performed against Indonesia. They are a solid side and have been tipped as contenders to win the SCWC tournament, so for us to give them such a good game is very pleasing.“Of course it is disappointing to lose any football match, but I know that if we continue in this manner we will pick up points very soon.
