Amongst the target area we are looking at Dominica has the lowest cost of debt, I think it’s about 2% or 3%. You were not always like that. There were times when your cost of debt when you borrowed on Trinidad and Tobago market was all like 10% and 11% percent but you have done something about it,” he said.Meantime he says the debt level of many of the ECCB member states should be cause for concern.“One of our members has the highest debt levels in the world. St Kitts is 150 percent of GDP,” he said.Dominica Vibes Newslast_img read more

Week 16 Fantasy FLEX rankings

first_imgIt’s Week 16 and time to win your fantasy football championships, and we’re here with one final week of FLEX rankings. You’ve probably gotten to the finals with very good rosters, so you might not even need the full 120 names we have on hand, but they’re there if you need them. The biggest standout this week has to be Breshad Perriman, all the way up at No. 23 and totally deserving in a great matchup in maybe the pass-happiest offense in the league. There’s also the potential for a high Vikings RB if Dalvin Cook is out and either Alexander Mattison or Mike Boone is playing — whichever back starts there is no worse than a FLEX play. WEEK 16 NON-PPR RANKINGS:Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | KickerWhen you’re making these last-minute lineup decisions, it’s also important to consider your chances of winning your matchup (especially with some Saturday games potentially tipping the scales). As a heavy underdog, you may want to take a chance on a receiver with upside, like Justin Watson, while maybe you stick with a more boring option in a tough matchup like Carlos Hyde if you’re favored.WEEK 16 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight endOf course, your situations are all very context-based as you try to take home the crown, so if you have any specific Sunday morning questions, be sure to hit us up on Twitter @SN_Fantasy. One man killed in Winfield after shooting Monday evening

first_imgby Shane Farley, Newscow.net – One man was killed and another was critically injured in a shooting that occurred in a Winfield neighborhood late Monday.Police were first called to a residence at 610 E. Third around 9 p.m. for the report of a shooting and stabbing. A black male died at the scene after extensive life-saving efforts failed, Chief Danny Parker said. The deceased man was reported to have suffered a gunshot wound to the head.Initial reports of a stabbing were made because the critically injured man, who was flown to Wichita by air ambulance for treatment, received a gunshot wound to the throat that first appeared to be a stab wound.A suspect fled on foot immediately after the shooting and police, aided by a K9 unit, were scouring a nearby wooded area and dike. He was still at large early Tuesday and described as a white male, in a black hoodie, cargo pants and roughly 5-feet-7-inches tall.No names have been made public, thus far.A neighbor told NewsCow they heard the shots fired.Chief Parker said late Monday night that an investigation was in its very early stages and that the KBI was expected to arrive with their mobile crime lab to process the scene. Police were in the process of acquiring a search warrant for the house. The residence is near the corner of Third and Lincoln. This is the second homicide investigation for Winfield Police this year.
